KAVACH brings together two Premium Tempered Glasses and a one-time screen replacement service for eligible physical screen damage, giving you an added layer of protection during the Pack Validity Period.
So if the unexpected happens, you know there is a defined process to help you move forward.
Simple from
the start.
Purchase your KAVACH Pack with an eligible new smartphone, complete your registration, and your Pack becomes active after successful registration. Activate at purchase, within 48 hours of the smartphone invoice purchase date.
If eligible screen damage happens during the Pack Validity Period, raise a service request through KAVACH Customer Support. The process takes you through verification, physical inspection and diagnosis at a Brand Authorised Service Centre.
If approved, the eligible screen is replaced through the authorised service process.
