What comes with my KAVACH Pack?+
Two Premium KAVACH Tempered Glass units and one screen replacement service for eligible physical screen damage during the one-year Pack Validity Period, subject to the terms.
When should I register?+
Register at the time of purchase. Activation must be completed within 48 hours of the purchase date on your valid smartphone invoice. Your one-year validity starts from that purchase date, not the activation date.
Is every damaged screen covered?+
No. Eligible accidental physical screen damage is subject to verification, inspection and approval. Cosmetic damage, liquid damage, manufacturing defects and non-impact display abnormalities are excluded.
Can I get my phone repaired anywhere?+
No. Follow the KAVACH service process at a Brand Authorised Service Centre after eligibility confirmation. Independently arranged repairs are not reimbursed.
What if another part of my phone is also damaged?+
The service applies only to eligible screen damage. You pay for repairs to other damaged components.
Does a ticket number mean my claim is approved?+
No. A ticket only confirms request registration. Final eligibility requires record verification, physical inspection, technical diagnosis and KAVACH Service Operations/HQ confirmation.
